Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Mewah purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and transparent policies.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, sale items, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at support@mewah.shop with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you detailed instructions and the return address.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the product promptly at no additional cost.
