1. What is Mewah?

Our curated collection includes glassware, serveware, and home essentials that combine artistry with function. Every piece is selected for its craftsmanship, durability, and elegant design.


2. Where are your products made and shipped from?

Our products are crafted in collaboration with skilled artisans and reputable manufacturers from around the world. All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center located in Amarillo, Texas (898 S Jefferson St, TX 79101). This allows us to maintain strict quality control and ensure timely delivery for our customers.


3. How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on customs and location)

During peak seasons or promotions, shipping times may vary slightly. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.


4. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. You can click the link to see real-time updates. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Mewah ships worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on destination and package weight. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.


6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We can modify or cancel your order if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, orders are typically processed and shipped, and we may not be able to make changes. If you need assistance, email support@mewah.shop immediately.


7. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To start a return:

  1. Email support@mewah.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send return instructions and address details.

  3. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

For defective or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost.


8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted payment system to ensure your financial data is protected.


9. Are your products safe for hot or cold beverages?

Yes. Our glassware and mugs are made from borosilicate glass, which is heat-resistant and suitable for both hot and cold drinks. Always check individual product descriptions for care instructions, and avoid sudden temperature changes (for example, pouring boiling water into a chilled glass).


10. How should I clean and care for my Mewah products?

Most Mewah glassware can be hand-washed using mild soap and warm water. Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh detergents. For products with wooden handles or lids, wipe them with a soft damp cloth and let them air dry. We do not recommend putting wooden components in the dishwasher.


11. What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your tracking shows no movement or your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@mewah.shop. We’ll work directly with our shipping partners to locate or replace your package.


12. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes, we welcome wholesale and bulk order inquiries. If you’re a retailer, café, or hospitality business interested in partnering with us, please email support@mewah.shop with details about your business and the products you’re interested in.
